Intertek Thailand introduced BBEB: The Heroes, the first Build Back Ever Better movement.
In the middle of critical CV-19 pandemic situation in Thailand, we learns that our daily lives will never be the same. However, Intertek Thailand has launched “BBEB: The Heroes” activity, inviting Thai employees to inspire their colleagues with unique BBEB life styles. Although many people have encountered with COVID19 challenges, the limitations cannot stop them to engage with their sustainable routines in their daily lives. With this activity, employees are encouraged to share their stories how they can BUILD our society EVER BETTER in relating to Sustainability Development Goals (by United Nations).
We have gained many responses from various teams demonstrating such a simple but powerful actions such as using cotton bag for grocery shopping results in reducing plastic usage, growing plants at home to reduce carbon footprint and naturally clean the air, replacing consumable packages (foam box, paper cup) with a private lunch box and mug to reduce resources consumption, installing zoning electrical switch to save energy power and donating blood to support several patients in Thailand at this moment.
