Clothing retailer Primark has introduced a new hybrid working model to coincide with its office-based employees returning to the workplace. The model will be replacing and expanding its current flexible working approach, as previously staff were able to choose whether or not they worked from home, and had additional flexibility on start and finish times.
Together, we have taken the learnings and insights from the past 18 months to develop a hybrid working model that gives us the best of both remote and in-person work, balancing flexibility with human connection and collaboration.
