Molecular Coffee Anyone?

I started following Atomo Coffee a couple years ago. Through their patented process, the compounds in upcycled ingredients are converted into compounds that are molecularly identical to those found within green coffee beans.

These special ingredients are then roasted, ground, and brewed, just like conventional coffee but the beverage contains no coffee. It is said to taste identical to coffee since it is a molecular twin to real coffee and it has the same amount of caffeine.

We all love coffee, it is the world's number 1 beverage, but it is not sustainable. This type of production is the future and something for us all to pay attention to. Atomo produces 93% less carbon emissions and uses 94% less water than conventional coffee and prevents 100% of deforestation.

I'm interested and can't wait to try it. Their inaugural batch sold out in hours.
