Amid the COVID-19 situation in Thailand, people are adapting to new ways of living, becoming more aware of their hygiene and health care.  At the same time, treatment for people who are infected continues without a break.  The medical teams, doctors and nurses, are our vanguard to fight the pandemic.  With the increasing number of infected persons, they have worked very hard in their jobs and several of them have been infected.  The present years will be a major challenge to their lives.

In November 2021, Intertek Thailand invited employees to join BBEB: FROM WASTE TO WORTH. The company asked employees to donate PET bottles for recycling into PPE suits for medical teams in preventing infection.  Employees usually consume a drinking beverage that comes in a PET bottle, so drop points were provided at each office.  The collection has continued for three months and as a result, more than 50 kg. of PET bottles were collected.  The bottles were delivered to a recycling factory to produce more than 185 PPE suits for the doctors and nurses.
