Hurry Sickness...Does it affect You?

I was just introduced to the term Hurry Sickness which is defined as, "a behavior pattern characterized by continual rushing and anxiousness; an overwhelming and continual sense of urgency". This means that you are in a continuous state of hurry and anxiousness to the point that it is literally making you sick. This isn't an actual medical condition, but it something that can seriously affect your health. Learn how to fight against it. I am going to try to take 1 minute and pause between activities, which will help me slow down and not hurry so much.

...technology becomes part of the new problem we are feeling, not the solution. And the upshot is that in our uber-fast, uber-techno world, we are experiencing an epidemic of hurry sickness.
