How do I create healthier boundaries with my phone?

In today's society, it is unthinkable to go anywhere without your mobile smartphone. You can use it to buy groceries, view the weather, play music/videos, workout, read the latest news, etc. You can even use it to make a phone call or message someone (haha). All joking aside, an American Psychological Association (APA) study stated, “Those who said they were constantly connected to the devices had significantly higher levels of stress than those who said they weren’t,”.

This article outlines six easy ways to help create healthier boundaries with your phone to help control stress cause by using it to much.
