Intertek Singapore brought smiles and joy to the elderly folks at Lee Ah Moi Old Aged Home on 11th May 2023. It is part of Intertek APAC’s ‘We Care Aged Care’ initiative to make the SDG goals a reality. A team of 19 colleagues from various business lines and sites came together to make this happen.

Lee Ah Moi Old Aged Home, established in the mid-1960s, provides essential assistance to destitute and unsupported elderly individuals. Recognizing their needs, our passionate volunteers were committed to bringing joy and brightness into their lives.

During our visit, our team went above and beyond to create unforgettable experiences for the residents. We provided soothing manicures, organized engaging activities, and enlivened the atmosphere with their favorite songs and dances. In collaboration with Team MDI, we also offered complimentary haircuts to nearly 30 elderly residents.

Together, we will continue to make a positive difference in the elderly community because We Care!
