Scientists Calculated How Much Exercise We Need to 'Offset' a Day of Sitting

30-40 minutes a day may sound like a daunting amount of time for someone to be out of their comfort zone, but every bit helps. Try smaller blocks of time if you can't do 40 minutes all at once. Maybe 20 minutes in the morning, 20 minutes at night. Make it a part of your routine, like your morning coffee. Pretty soon it'll become a habit. 

If you need to, grab a partner to help you stay motivated to move. 

Whatever you do; get moving. You'll be thankful you did.
