Fun Fall Activities for Your Health and Well-being

Autumn or “Fall” is a favorite time of year for a lot of people. The weather is getting colder so warmer clothes can be worn (sweater weather), leaves on the trees are changing colors, and for you sports fans; football is here, baseball playoffs are going on, hockey just started, and basketball is around the corner. 

There is so much to do, whether you're by yourself or with family or friends. The crisp air, colorful leaves, and seasonal traditions offer the perfect backdrop for small moments that make a big impact on our wellbeing.
For me, I personally like wearing hoodies and spending a whole weekend watching my favorite sports teams with my favorite people!!

This fall, take time to reconnect, recharge, and spend time with those that make you happy.
