Exercise is as effective as medication in treating depression

It may seem farfetched to some, but we had the power in ourselves all along. 

And the good news it doesn't have to be hours upon hours of high intensity exercise. Little bits make a difference. 

A little aerobic exercise combined with resistance training will go a long way.
