Intertek Teams in Abu Dhabi recently came together to support the Clean UAE Campaign, led by the Emirates Environmental Group (EEG), a nationwide initiative focused on environmental awareness, responsible waste management, and cleaner public spaces across the UAE.

Volunteers dedicated their time and energy to practical, hands-on efforts that encourage responsible environmental behaviour and help protect shared spaces for communities today and for future generations. Ongoing participation in the Clean UAE Campaign highlights the importance of consistency, collaboration, and community engagement in driving meaningful environmental progress.

These efforts were complemented by a Beach Clean-Up initiative coordinated with Abu Dhabi Municipality, aimed at protecting coastal ecosystems and reducing marine pollution. By removing waste from the shoreline, participants directly contributed to safeguarding marine life and preserving the coastline’s natural beauty, while reinforcing the shared responsibility we all hold in caring for oceans and natural resources.

Together, these initiatives demonstrate how collective action and local partnerships can make a tangible difference, reminding us that building back ever better begins with stewardship, cooperation, and care for the communities and environments we share.
