Just read this and honestly… I’m not mad about it!

Apparently drinking coffee and tea might actually help with longevity and brain health. One study followed people for decades and found that moderate intake, like 2–3 cups of coffee and 1–2 cups of tea a day was linked to lower risk of dementia and better cognitive function. ()

There’s also research suggesting coffee drinkers (especially those keeping it simple without tons of sugar/cream) may live longer and have better overall health outcomes.

BUT (because there’s always a but)  it’s all about moderation. More isn’t better, and these studies show correlation, not causation. Still… I’ll take my little daily ritual as a win.

So yes, this is me justifying my iced coffee + tea combo like it’s a wellness routine now ;)

Anyone else suddenly feeling very validated in their caffeine habits?
