As a father of two young children, one of whom is about to start school, this article really resonates with me. My wife and I make a conscious effort to provide healthy, nutritious meals and snacks for our sons. While it's relatively easy to manage their diet at home, we have much less control over the food they're offered at childcare and school. That's why it's encouraging to see schools and educational organizations making positive changes that promote healthier eating habits. Those small changes today can have a lasting impact on children's health and well-being for years to come.
