COVID-19 has affected almost every aspect of society. Although the long-term impacts of the pandemic are still unknown, COVID-19 has touched almost every aspect of daily life, from public health to the economy, to social dynamics. Now is the time we unite and learn to cherish the little things in life which we have taken for granted.

Intertek Singapore & Malaysia hosted the “BBEB Virtual Family Day”. The event was held virtually through Microsoft Teams and was well packed with interactive games filled with unlimited fun. It is not just the employees who had fun – they get to connect with their family members in an entirely new way. Families gets to bond through a Dalgona coffee making session with a twist – using a recycled mineral water bottle through which we communicate the idea of sustainability to the kids.

Apart from that a poster making competition were also organized for the kids. The kids were asked to draw their interpretation of what will make the world a better place based on the themes “Earth is Our Home, We are the Future or Caring for Our Nature and/or the Animals’. All submitted artworks will be made into a collage for a display at the office.
