Our team won the Wellness Olympics of Intertek Philippines for 2021 for participating in the trainings, activities and completion of documentations. The team was able to sustain their goal to promote social connectedness, exercise and mindfulness as part of our implementation of BBEB. Everyone has participated and contributed to attain a positive impact on one's own physical and mental health. By making simple and healthy choices on a daily basis, the team was able to find medium towards reducing stress, having positive social interactions and achieving the minimum but optimal wellness.  The last activity for 2021 is the virtual yearend party recognizing awards for exemplary participation and showing our artistic Christmas hats.
