From the moment we arrived, the camp was buzzing with energy. The team at Hesley Wood pulled out all the stops, laying on campfires, toasted marshmallows, mocktails, and live bands every evening that had everyone singing and dancing along. Everyone was involved and was diverse and inclusive experience .
But the true highlight of the weekend came on Saturday night with the epic Colour Festival.Picture this – a Vast crowd in the thousands including Scouts (Boys & Girl's) and leaders gathered together, launching vibrant paint bombs high into the air and over each other. It was a spectacular explosion of colour, laughter, and pure joy that none of us will ever forget! Our very own Glastonbury .
Sunday brought even more fun with a wet and wild "It’s a Knockout" competition. We may not have taken home the trophy, but we gave it everything we had and must have come close – the kids spirit and teamwork on display were second to none.
A massive thank you goes to our amazing team of leaders, who worked together like clockwork to keep everything running smoothly. Whether it was cooking ,cleaning bedtime ( whats that ? LOL) They were all absolutely fantastic throughout the weekend. Your energy, enthusiasm, and teamwork made us incredibly proud.
Roll on the next adventure! Building friendship and memories together as one.

We Survived Guys |
I have over and over again explained that the purpose of the Boy Scout and Girl Guide Movement is to build men and women as citizens endowed with the three H’s namely, Health, Happiness and Helpfulness. The man or woman who succeeds in developing these three attributes has secured the main steps to success in this Life.“ – Lord Robert Baden-Powell
