Another reason to do all we can to reduce the amount of time we sit throughout the day.
Even little standing and/or movement breaks can make a difference. Get up and get moving.
spending more time sitting seems to age the brain faster, and reducing that amount of time, rather than just exercising more, appears to be the best antidote.
