Poland goes coal-free by 2049

Government and union representatives started a discussion on the agreement on Wednesday in Katowice, a city in the coal-mining heartland of Silesia, in southern Poland. 

This event is crucial for the goverment in order to reach to the European Commission for approval. The final signing is expected in May.
