National Coding Symposium 2021 makes learning accessible to Visually Impaired

This year the NCS is available to the visually impaired, enabling the visually impaired community to learn to programme and see how they can be integral to the industry.

More importantly, the inclusion of accessible learning, educates the entire community and normalises programmers with visual impairments.

"We are excited to be a part of this really powerful way to connect kids with mentors in the field of Programming and Computer Science. This is a great way to introduce them to the many opportunities available in the technology field," said Olaya Landa-Vialard, director of the ConnectCenter.
