A recent report into disability representation in FTSE 100 companies, highlighted that no senior managers have disclosed a disability in the FTSE 100.
With 1.3 billion people with disabilities (~15% of the population), there is clearly under representation in business.
The Valuable 500 have just announced that 500 CEO's have made a pledge to put Disability Inclusion on their business agenda. The momentum is building and with an increase in disability inclusion reporting, the gap for representation will drop.
