You'd struggle to meet a Londoner who hasn't picked up a new hobby in the last 12 months.

From fitness to baking, residents have been expanding their horizons as they try to fill all the extra free time the pandemic has provided.

However, one woman has taken their lockdown hobby one step further and has turned cleaning beaches into a booming business.

That woman is Flora Blathwayt, 34, from Peckham, who after being placed on furlough in March 2020, decided to use her new found free time to start a greeting card business - with her primary stock of materials being plastic waste collected from the River Thames.  Read on...
