Plans for a new 'net-zero' housing village have been approved in Edinburgh after council chiefs gave the project the green light.
The new development will include over 400 new homes from different sized flats, with some to be put up for sale with others to be rented out to tenants.
Created by the Council in partnership with CCG Scotland, the eco-village will include a host of environmentally friendly features to keep the properties as sustainable as possible.
All of the steps we’re taking to make homes more sustainable will reduce the energy they use once occupied, thereby helping us to tackle climate change and become net zero carbon by 2030.
