Are you a lover of the plant-based lifestyle?  Personally, I have always been a bit skeptical of the idea. When I come across this section in the grocery store, I tend to steer my cart in the other direction. And when I do stop (occasionally out of curiosity) and read the labels, I just don't get that warm and fuzzy feeling since I can't pronounce any of the words listed. 

Yes, that's me, I'm a label reader. I believe in less is more, as in fewer ingredients, whole foods, words I know and can pronounce.  You know what I mean.  And I've never been a fast-food junkie and only stop at a drive-through if traveling and it's only to get coffee.
