After seeing her first plane at the age of 10, a fire was lit deep inside Amelia Earhart and she knew that someday she would fly and she did. To this day she is recognized as a hero to all but especially to women of all ages. Amelia fought against the gender norms of her time and she reached for the sky...literally. What a great honor and so well deserved.
