¿Quién dijo que solo usamos un 10% de nuestro cerebro?

En este artículo me propongo desmentir este neuromito e infundir tranquilidad: usamos todo nuestro cerebro, pero obviamente no todo a la vez. Porque, efectivamente, empleamos el 100% de un órgano que supone solo 2% del peso corporal y que precisa el 20% de la energía consumida. Sería algo así como decir que, para correr, alguien utiliza solo el 10% de los músculos de sus piernas. Usa absolutamente todos, aunque no a su máxima capacidad.
