Raising a child, or two, or three, or more can be one of the most rewarding parts of life, but it can also be one of its most stressful. The U.S. Surgeon General recently issued an advisory on parental stress. Fortunately, there are ways to help reduce stress and anxiety, whether your child is young or old.
Parenting is stressful. But there are ways to cope.
What can parents do? Anna Seewald, a psychologist and host of the “Authentic Parenting” podcast, told me parents can make changes to protect their physical and mental health amid all these challenges.
