ISTP, ENTJ - It Takes All Kinds

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), a self-reported questionnaire, continues to be a popular tool used by psychologists, businesses, universities and other organizations to help assess personality types and offer a deeper understanding of the traits that make our personalities unique. As one of the most widely-recognized personality tests globally, learn how our 4-letter code indicate our likes, dislikes, strengths and weaknesses.

If you’ve ever seen a combination of four mysterious letters, such as “ISTP” or “ENTJ,” you might be interested to know they’re not just a trendy new acronym. These four-letter codes are possible results of a 94-question (give or take) personality assessment called the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)—a psychological instrument that’s been around for more than 75 years.
