I, like many people, think of the new year as a chance to makes some changes and try to better myself by starting new habits. The problem is, it is really hard to form new ones, when all my bad habits take over. For those who need a little extra boost on how to keep those resolutions and turn them into habits, check out these 7 tips!

...on average, it takes 66 days to form a new habit. Be patient with yourself. If you have minor setbacks or don’t hit your goal one week, pick it back up the next week.
