A good walk just got better.
I find a good walk early in the morning is a great way to start the day. The air feels different, the light has a unique quality and there is excited anticipation of what the day has in store. (Plus, breakfast when done).
Walking is a great way to get moving and now, according to researchers at MGB, walking, even a moderate amount, can delay Alzheimer's. And, if the data holds true, walking more, delays the impacts even more.
Get out there and walk. Your body and mind will thank you.
