Last month we were proud sponsor and participant of the Roermond City Triathlon. In addition to a wonderful event, we also supported the Para cyclers of Adelante on Wheels. Paracycling, also known as adapted cycling, offers people with a disability the opportunity to practice (adapted) cycling at both recreational and top sport level. Amongst them also the Tokio gold medal winner Jetze Plat.
At the third edition of the City Triathlon that took take place in Roermond (NL), and 1500 participants were present in following disciplines:
- Dutch Championship Triathlon with the participation of athletes from the Benelux, Germany and UK;
- National Championships Paratriathlon;
- Teams, Athletes consisting of 3 people (swimming, cycling and running);
- Dutch Championship, third and fourth division;
- Iron kids: race on Limburg circuit.
Congratulations to our own Willem Stevens who participated as Intertek athlete in the Dutch National Championship on his great performance.
