If I ever won the lottery, I made a promise to myself that I would donate to charities that specialized in cancer research for children, namely St. Jude's and Boston Children's Hospital.
I can't imagine what families go through, but a place like this is gives them a little more hope.
"This is family. When all of us sit over here [at the dining table], we don't think about what the children's illness is. We want them to have fun and that they interact with other families, that they create a support system between them," Family Manager Glennys Acosta says.
