Lululemon is the latest brand to join the mushroom material trend, announcing its plans to introduce three new products made from Mylo, a new vegan and sustainable leather alternative made from fungi. 

The products include a woven yoga mat inspired by the brand’s 3D-textured Take Form Mat, which helps yoga practitioners find pose alignment without looking down during practice. Lululemon teased the Mylo yoga mat reveal with a cut-off image of a tanned, suede-like mat that features a rolled hem and intricately designed woven patterns. 

In addition to the mat, the brand will also be introducing two bags featuring Mylo material: the Meditation and Yoga Mat Bag and the Barrel Duffel Bag. While the bag isn’t entirely made of Mylo, you’ll be able to find the fungi-based vegan leather across the bags’ woven handles and braided pulls.
