There are two things to learn and remember from this article.

1. You can learn a lot about a company's strategy based on their job postings. Case in point, when a company creates a new executive position with an interesting title or function, it usually means a commitment and investment to go in a certain direction. Competitors can take note and use the info wisely.

2. When a company like Disney starts to sniff around web3 and the metaverse, trying to figure out how NFTs and immersive experiences could be part of their story in the future, also take note. It's not a small start-up trying to get funding to make it in the new digital frontier. Disney knows how to suspend reality and create new universes for its customers.

Don't be fooled by the crashing crypto market. There's a place in the very near future for immersive brand experiences via virtual reality, augmented reality, haptic feedback, etc.

This is only the beginning.

A company like Disney could help to make it more mainstream.
