Actually, they're here already. But more widespread roll-out is anticipated over the next decade. It will move some people into new types of jobs (perhaps some who manage the robots, repair the robots, code the robots... even Total Quality Assurance roles to ensure safe operation of the robots), but we know for sure they are coming and they are usually more accurate and faster than humans.
