Cutting caffeine in 2024?

Well, I certainly am not. Been there, done that, hated it!

While I'm no coffee aficionado, I do enjoy the routine of having a morning cup (usually crafted with some egg whites, collagen, almond milk, and/or protein powder) to kickstart the day. I'll even indulge in some pre-workout, typically loaded with caffeine, to help power through a workout or long-distance run. Honestly, at this point, I couldn't even imagine dealing with the withdrawal.

For those of you who have decided to brave the break, keep in mind that caffeine can come from sources you may not be accustomed to. Stay strong, and try not to swap one source for another!

Knowing about these additives can help you avoid consuming more caffeine than you thought, so be sure to check labels before you buy.
