Solar power is proven technology; we see PV panels installed in many locations. Wind energy is proven technology; we see wind turbines installed in many locations. Geothermal is proven technology; we see pumps delivering energy from underground in many locations. Bioenergy is proven technology; we see plants and other biological materials used for energy in many locations. 

So what's up with wave energy? It's a proven technology. Why don't we see more wave energy farms installed off the coast in many more locations?
