Alerting people to global warming by tilting pictures

A way of raising awareness of the consequences of climate change. Art has a vocation to express truths differently, and has a role to play in raising awareness.

France is currently experiencing a heatwave, with temperatures up to 9 degrees above normal. Normandy, the region where I live, has been spared this summer until now, but now it's reaching temperatures that are out of the ordinary for September.

Le projet est nommé "Quelques degrés de plus" par cette institution abritant, avec ses 6.000 pièces, l'une des plus grandes collections d'art autrichien dans le monde, axée sur la seconde moitié du XIXe siècle et le modernisme qui s'en est suivi. Par cette initiative, le directeur Hans-Peter Wipplinger explique "vouloir alerter sur les conséquences dramatiques de la crise climatique".
