Lorsque l’on interroge sur la notion de leadership, la première réponse qui vient quasiment à l’unanimité est que le leader est un leader parce qu’il inspire et est suivi. Mais je m’interroge, à certains postes, est-ce réellement du fait de leur leadership que les dirigeants sont suivis ? Le critère d’être suivi est-il donc suffisant ? Et lorsque l’on parle de leader on pense systématiquement à des dirigeants ou des personnages emblématiques mais, le leadership se limite-t-il à ces personnes-là ?
