Interesting article on how company should always adapt their leadership management to new generations. Focus made in this article from Millenials to Gen Alpha generation. Being part of the Millenials, I've to say that I'm the first one to initally make some criticism with the next generations. Which is a normal reaction anytime we move on from one generation to another one.

And this is why we always need to stay open-minded and challenged ourselve to navigate with the new trends and generations different from ours to find the right place for any generation at work and as we are working more and more, conflicts/gaps in between generations at work will become more and more challlenging as more generations will be at work at the same period of time…

So back to this new generation coming in the future to the workplace. What can we expect from this new generation and how can we manage them? Read below article to have some initial answers.

I'm actually receiving for a week a young kid of 14 years old in our marketing team for an observation intership. It is interesting to listen to him on his perception of what should be the workplace and questions he has as regards to understanding my job and the marketing team job are completely different from the questions I had myself when I was at his age doing similar placement in a company. And his questions will finally help me too at the end. I hope he'll learn from me but I will also learn from him too!
