The pandemic has changed how many work on a daily basis, with many looking forward to getting back to normal working. This article from Forbes highlights that the challenge faced is very much like the challenge disabled people face daily.

I have progressive sight loss and while I already worked from home when the pandemic started, during that time I have started to learn Braille and use a Braille display. I just see this as necessity and what I need to do  to minimize the impact of loosing my vision. Without technology and the huge amount of work that goes into making products and services accessible, life would be much more difficult. There is so much more that can be done to make it easier for all.

This is a huge opportunity for us to learn from and ensure accessibility is part of everything we do as we build back ever better.
