Yesterday (May 20th) was the 10th Global Accessibility Awareness Day (GAAD) with many events and calls to action. The purpose of GAAD is to get everyone talking, thinking and learning about digital access/inclusion and people with different disabilities. 

It is easy to get involved on the day and is hard to miss with search engines featuring it on homepages, and Apple app store having a featured story. But once the day is over, the discussion around accessibility drops away.
