La diversité fait notre richesse ! 

Récemment, une mini-série a été lancée en France racontant la vie d'un lycée accueillant des personnes en situation de handicap. Cette série m'a permise d'avoir un autre regard et de m'apercevoir que sans le vouloir, en tant que personne valide, je ne me rendais pas compte des difficultés rencontrées et de la nécessité de pousser la société vers plus d'inclusivité en commençant par moi !

Les articles de mon collègue Tim Dixon m'on également beaucoup aidé à mieux cerner les écarts entre la réalité d'une personne valide versus la réalité d'une personne en situation de handicap et à réfléchir ainsi à comment je pourrais être plus inclusive notamment quand je créé des contenus marketing dans mon quotidien.

Diversity is our wealth!

Recently, a TV mini-fiction was launched in France telling the life of a high school welcoming people with disabilities. This fiction allowed me to have another look and to realize that without wanting it, as a "valid person", I did not realize the number of difficulties encountered and the need to push society towards more inclusiveness starting with me!

The articles of my colleague Tim Dixon also helped me a lot to better understand the gaps between the reality of a "valid person" versus the reality of a person with a disability and to think about how I could be more inclusive, especially when I create marketing content in my daily life.
