Women get paid less than their male colleagues and, (sadly) according to new data the gap widens as they age. “In fact the average female chief executive earns $93,000 a year less than her average male counterpart… Men earn more than women at just about every level and in that age group of 55 to 64 men are out earning women by almost 32 percent, an average forty thousand dollars a year so that's quite a big pay gap and that even when women become chief executives, they're getting around about an average ninety three thousand dollars less than their male counterparts.”
