Bidyanondo, a non-profit organisation in Bangladesh, has devised a unique solution to tackle the problem of plastic waste in Dhaka, the capital city. They have introduced "Rickshaw Bins" attached to the back of rickshaws that can be used to collect plastic waste.

The idea behind this initiative is to encourage people to dispose of their plastic waste responsibly instead of littering the streets. The rickshaw bins are designed in such a way that they can be easily emptied at designated collection points, and the waste can then be recycled. This initiative by Bidyanondo is not only helping to keep the city clean but also providing employment opportunities for the rickshaw pullers who are attaching bins to their vehicles.

Plastic waste is a growing problem in many cities around the world, and initiatives like this are crucial in finding solutions to this issue. It is important to dispose of plastic waste properly and reduce reliance on single-use plastics to protect the environment.
