Don’t check the clock! 15 ways to get back to sleep when you wake at 3am

It seems like there is nothing worse that waking up in the wee hours of the morning and not being able to fall asleep. When I start thinking about work projects, things I need to get done around the house, or why my favorite sports teams are just not performing, it gets my brain going and my lack of sleep adding up. The next day tends to be a long, slow one as I battle the fatigue.

If any of this sounds familiar, here are 15 tips that can help you get back to sleep quickly, and make the following day a better one (or, at least a less tired one)!
