This summer I've been thinking a lot about how much kindness at work matters. When I think about my career so far, most of my favorite workplaces or projects I've worked on have little to do with the actual work done but because of the people I work with. Enjoying your colleagues and showing each other kindness can help turn even the most stressful situations into an accomplishment.
