People with disabilities find travel more stressful and frustrating, often left with challenges communicating or finding out if the assistance they need is available. TUI have joined forces with Signlive to provide British Sign Language (BSL) to customers throughout the booking process and holiday.
This BSL service will help people travel with more confidence and less anxiety. I can't wait to hear stories about the impact this service has had on travellers.
