Barely a month goes by without a study finding that businesses who prioritise disability inclusion are more successful, and at the same time we still see studies and reports showing limited advances to businesses including disability and inclusion in their DE&I initiatives.

As we enter 2024, we need to build on this momentum and leverage the positive impact of being inclusive businesses. Remember, inclusion isn't a task to do once and sit back, it is a journey - it takes time and effort, but as this latest study shows, even if your only measure is financials, being an inclusive business will help you succeed.

We can make our businesses more inclusive with small actions, for example, simply ask invitees to meetings if there is anything that would make the meeting more inclusive for them.
