Neurodiversity is a concept that recognizes and celebrates the variety of ways in which human brains function. Neurodiversity champions the idea that neurological differences, such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and dyspraxia, are natural variations of the human brain. Fifteen percent of the world population are considered Neurodiverse.

Over the last few decades, we have seen a rise in ADHD and Autism diagnoses, but many believe that the rise is due to our awareness and definition of ADHD and Autism.  It is reassuring to see that companies are seeing the strength in having a neurodiverse workforce and have setup specific recruitment initiatives.
