Believe me, weird question I know. But thinking about the term relationship and how it is defined as the way two or more people/things are connected, you can easily understand how you have a relationship with food, and in my case probably not the most healthy one. I often find myself snacking throughout the day because I'm bored, or as the article stats, making in exception for a bad food now because I'll work out later. This really puts a different perspective on the way you think about food and eating in general. It has definitely given me a different mindset to try and live a healthier lifestyle. So...what would you say your relationship with food is?
